Crazy Penguin is a super very quiet café in afternoon and night (every moment), most probably it is still new in this area, but it is a saviour café for us that night. plus it open till 4am, where most of the café already closed.   I will give 10/10 for the café ambience, turquoise themes with my favourite penguin design everywhere. neat and comfy.     7.9 rating on foursquare.                                     Free plain water will be served while waiting for our bingsu.
