Always wanted to come here. The first time I came, it was not open because I went early in the morning. 

Anyway here's the first time of me trying JWC factory 30 @ mount Austin.

 

    

          Rose latte hotrose RM 11.90

               Classic cold RM 16.00

            Waffle butter RM 12.90

"The thick freshly baked fluffy waffle made of flour, eggs, milk and butter was slightly crisp outside, bouncy soft inside, and not overly sweet. Comes with spreads of premium butter, caramel, whipped cream and ice cream."

    

      

Service : 10/10

Food : 10/10

Ambience : 10/10

Overall, it's really a good place for high tea and chill with friends & family. If only it's not that far from my place, or not I would have visit often and try more of their high tea.

It's so kind of the waiter there to ask if the food suit us. Their staff are friendly :)
