What Christmas is all about.

"Christmas gift suggestions:
To your enemy, forgiveness.
To an opponent, tolerance.
To every child, a good example.
To yourself, respect.”
And It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas” . . .

Have you ever wondered about the origins of Christmas, though? Where and when was it first celebrated? Was it Jesus himself who asked his followers to remember His birthday? The facts might surprise you.

"It's called Christmas, not Santamas."
Hey, it's me. Just feel like writting this thoughts down before I go to bed tonight. So, what's Christmas to you?
Everyone mostly celebrate Christmas,
even if you're not a Christian – you can't help being affected by Christmas.

Who can avoid admiring the beautiful lit up streets and buildings?
The gigantic Christmas trees in shopping malls with their colourful decorations. The sounds of modern artistes giving their best renditions of ancient Christmas songs.

Many doesn't know Christmas isn't about Santa Claus or whatever but IT'S ABOUT JESUS. The modern world's version of Christmas does just that and consequently for the greater part of humanity, Christmas has no legitimate meaning at all.

CHRISTIANS SHOULD TELL THEIR CHILDREN THE REAL MEANING OF CHRISTMAS AND EASTER: That we celebrate the earthly birth and death of Jesus Christ, the Son of God.
Replacing this truth with myths that strange men will visit them down a chimney and rabbits will get into the house to leave chocolate eggs is replacing the greatest story ever told with non-Christian nonsense.

In fact, it is nice to give and receive gifts. And let us not forget that God gave the world a more wonderful gift than we could ever give: salvation to all who confess that Jesus Christ is Lord and who believe in their heart that God raised Him from the dead.

The truth about Jesus Christ is exciting, wonderful, and true. Do you really want to downplay God's miracles by replacing them with a cartoon figure actually comes to their house at night and brings them gifts on a flying sleigh with flying reindeer?
After all, you probably punish your child if they lie to you, so why would you expect them to grow up truthful if you are not setting a good example yourself?
Christ is, and must always be, the reason we celebrate Christmas and Easter.
