HEY.

So it was a fine evening, when Gerard and me are looking for a soupy dinner. Soon we drove across Ding Emperor in SS2 which supposedly display a huge banner of NEW YEAR SPECIAL PRICE. But when we enter and get our seat, little that we know the promotion is over???!! Cheat our feelings, but it okay, hungry tummy is hungry.

 

From the outside you will see a pretty ATAS renovation of China old ancient restaurant. So we were hype to give it a try.

 
 
 

Here's how it goes;

 

The interior of the restaurant are dressed in a theme of black-gold with wood and each table are well sectioned in several area for privacy. I would praise their elegant interior designed which allow us to comfortably enjoy the steamboat. (you know I have been to many steamboat restaurant, but this restaurant really serve good ambience for steamboat.)

There are two signature soups available at Ding Emperor which are Chinese cabbage and spicy soup. We had the cabbage one, healthy style yo. (RM 16)
just like any other steamboat, you can find twin flavours hotpot. (RM 18)

We ordered side dishes like handmade meatball and fishball and some unknown ball. Lol.

Beside all the light ordered, we ordered some proper meat for ourselves. How can ones eat steamboat without these slices of fresh meat.

It's definitely a good place for family and friends dining, perhaps less suitable for two couple to go (at least for me) but anyway I had a good time there. good food good ambience tho the bills come out to be so pricy.

Seoul, Korea 2023

 I'm a lucky girl and he is one smart man. Heyllo, I just came back from my not-so-short getaway from Korea! It was 7 days trip with my cutie 8-month-old baby, my lovely husband Nic, and my noisy bestie Jianin. It is my second time visiting Korea and previously I went for a good 8 days too. Decided to write down my trip this time mainly because I CAN. lol Currency 1000Won=RM3.34 The time zone differs by an hour. Malaysia 7am is korea time 8am. We were able to get free and fast speed public wifi 85% of the time.  First and foremost, our flight was on 5/20 is the exact date (2y ago) Nic proposed to me. So happy propose anniversary!  Being a mother is a life-changing experience, and there's simply no going back.  Being a mom is not always easy, but I wouldn't trade this role for the world. Begin this blogpost with cutie playful little Aelfred. Sometimes, I wonder if it's just me who really thinks Aelfred is so cute OMG. Alright, if you did read my previous blog, you might recall that I went to this interview. So after one month, I was informed that I'd passed the interview just like that. Therefore, because of that, I have to move on to the next phase of life you see. This requires my little family to move from Terengganu to Johor Bahru.  Indeed I was supposed to go to Mukah, Sarawak for at least 2 years but 2 weeks after I appealed, the gahment decided that I may go back to JB because Aelfred needed to follow up on his heart with a specialist. Aelfred fell sick one day after my interview result announced, right timing not, so the conclusion is; I AM BAK TO MY MOTHER LAND OF JB. Am I happy? maybe T
