B A L I 2017 (part1)

One Island, Many Destinations




Bali is achingly beautiful scenery for both adventurers and those in need of a little relaxation. It was 5 days 4 night trip with my old school mates. Never expect friendship started in college could last so well. hahahhahaha

Indonesia money, rupiah.


Before I begin, yas I Lovee Bali & it has been awesome :D


DAY 1



 
 

 
 

 
 

 


Touched down Ngurah rai International airport indonesia on 14feb at 12pm. 3 hours journey from KL to BALI. we straight headed to our villa at Seminyak Villa Rama which was rated 5.0 full star rating. Took grabcar for 55k (rm18).

Story : we gave 505k (RM168) to the driver instead of 55k. The driver refuse to return it at first so Xueyi report an issue to the grabcar help center and manage to get it back the nect day. Pretty efficient yo.

After place our luggage in the room, we headed to our lunch place at Warung Babi Guling Pak Malen, by grabcar that cost us 32k (rm10).


 
 

 


After lunch we visit a cafe called Creamy comfort at Jl. Raya Kerobokan No. 118, Kerobokan, Bali. Grabcar cost us 85k (rm28) and we bought local SIM card at 75k (rm25).

Its 4pm we then headed to La Laguna Beach Club by Grabcar 18k (rm6). Spent 137k (rm45), have to pay before entering the beach but because we are VIP this time so we enter the beach with a smile. NEVER KNOW IT WORKS THO. HAHAH. LMAO


 
 
 
 
 
 

 

 

 
 
 
 

 

 

 
 

 
 
 
 
 
 




Around 8PM, we took grabcar to a restaurant Slippery Stone which cost us 26k (rm8). Its Valentine dinner for us.

The dinner cost us 630k (rm 210). Gotta eat grass after this Hhaha.


 


 

 
 
 
 

 
 

 
  
 





At 11pm we took a grabcar back for 12k (rm4). Had some girls' time in the villa and the owl girls slept quite late except me. *grins*




Day 2


Awake at 9am, had our breakfast at Water Crest by using Grabcar for 15k (rm5)

We get ourself a driver from balidriver.com for 520k (rm173) per day. So one person only need to pay rm50+. It is really worth it because we are going far distant today and grabcar is really difficult to get at Bali.


Total, we've spent 21k (rm7) for our breakfast so one person is (rm2.30) seriously? <3 But i will rate this place 8/10. Typical english breakfast.

Around 12pm, we get ourselves foot massage nearby our villa for 210k (rm70) for an hour, So rm23.30 per person.


 

 
 


Had our lunch at Ayu restaurant which cost us 125k (rm41) I will rate this place 8/10



Ayu in indonesia language mean pretty, so we decided to have indonesia name for ourselves which are AYU, KAYU AND YAYU. we had a good time bonding with our Driver, KOMAN!!!




 




Then we headed to Uluwatu Temple at Kuta. Very sunny day but breathtaking view! I will rate this place 9/10. Lots of radical monkeys that will snatch the tourist's stuff but we were safe and sound during our visit. :)

So we take-away our fruits!
 
 




Then we headed to Alila villa for high tea which cost us 175k (rm58). I will rate this place 8/10. A high-end Villa, quiet and much away from any other attraction.

 
 
 
 
 
 

 
 

 
 







After that, we visit Balangan Beach. We watch sunset and took super lots of quality picture!! I will rate this place 10/10.

Then we headed to our dinner place at Jimbaran bay Lia Cafe which cost us 475k (rm 158) well, it was a full-stomach-night. I will rate this place 10/10 purrrrrfect <3

Xueyi & me ate in less than 30 minutes
but SHUCHEE took 2 hours plus!!

nah probably because Shuchee is the only one eating crab.

Day 3



Another day we have our driver & car because we are shifting!!! So we spent 550k for transport today.



Awake at 9am, had breakfast at Sisterfields cafe, Seminyak which cost us 228k (rm76)
We shop around and bought Ice cream for 28k (rm9). We shop at Seminyak Village and Seminyak Square too.




 
 
 



After breakfast, we shifted our luggage to Canggu Villa which takes 40 minutes journey.


Had our lunch after check in our luggage, at Warung Babi guling ibu oka that cost 185k (rm61)
Second round lunch at Bebek tepi sawah 165k (rm55) Both lunch place are really good I will rate them 9/10 but Xueyi and Shuchee will probably rate them 1000/1000 hahaha because they really love it.

We visited the Tirta Empul Temples where we have to pay the entrance fees 45k (rm15)

We had our dinner at Bintang Bali which cost us 207k (rm69) This is far most best meal for us, the pork rib only cost us rm20. This place is 10/10

Met this little young man (waiter) who told us which is nice food and which are not nice. He is super honest can.

We end our night with a good full body maasage for 240k (rm80) So rm26.60 per person yo

 Being a mother is a life-changing experience, and there's simply no going back.  Being a mom is not always easy, but I wouldn't trade this role for the world. Begin this blogpost with cutie playful little Aelfred. Sometimes, I wonder if it's just me who really thinks Aelfred is so cute OMG. Alright, if you did read my previous blog, you might recall that I went to this interview. So after one month, I was informed that I'd passed the interview just like that. Therefore, because of that, I have to move on to the next phase of life you see. This requires my little family to move from Terengganu to Johor Bahru.  Indeed I was supposed to go to Mukah, Sarawak for at least 2 years but 2 weeks after I appealed, the gahment decided that I may go back to JB because Aelfred needed to follow up on his heart with a specialist. Aelfred fell sick one day after my interview result announced, right timing not, so the conclusion is; I AM BAK TO MY MOTHER LAND OF JB. Am I happy? maybe T

Seoul, Korea 2023

 I'm a lucky girl and he is one smart man. Heyllo, I just came back from my not-so-short getaway from Korea! It was 7 days trip with my cutie 8-month-old baby, my lovely husband Nic, and my noisy bestie Jianin. It is my second time visiting Korea and previously I went for a good 8 days too. Decided to write down my trip this time mainly because I CAN. lol Currency 1000Won=RM3.34 The time zone differs by an hour. Malaysia 7am is korea time 8am. We were able to get free and fast speed public wifi 85% of the time.  First and foremost, our flight was on 5/20 is the exact date (2y ago) Nic proposed to me. So happy propose anniversary! Secondly, please excuse my photos which were not professionally taken, I am still training my husband to be a better photographer.
