Being a mother is a life-changing experience, and there's simply no going back.
Being a mom is not always easy, but I wouldn't trade this role for the world.

Begin this blogpost with cutie playful little Aelfred. Sometimes, I wonder if it's just me who really thinks Aelfred is so cute OMG.

Alright, if you did read my previous blog, you might recall that I went to this interview. So after one month, I was informed that I'd passed the interview just like that. Therefore, because of that, I have to move on to the next phase of life you see. This requires my little family to move from Terengganu to Johor Bahru.

Indeed I was supposed to go to Mukah, Sarawak for at least 2 years but 2 weeks after I appealed, the gahment decided that I may go back to JB because Aelfred needed to follow up on his heart with a specialist. Aelfred fell sick one day after my interview result announced, right timing not, so the conclusion is;

I AM BAK TO MY MOTHER LAND OF JB.

Am I happy? maybe

This little strong baby who always so happy even when having a high fever.
He was admitted the night after this pic was taken.
Fever until his heart got inflamed.
#10monthOld

Taking care of baby needed to be so delicate ok. Aelfred had a fever (38-39'c) for 4 days and luckily Nic decided to just bring him to the emergency. We went to the private clinic and the dr was like 'Just typically fever, no worries'

So, Aelfred received 5 bottles of IV immunoglobulin (Ig). May God bless those who donate blood/plasma <3 One bottle of IvIg costs at least MYR200/bottle but the perk of working with gahment, Aelfred got every single thing covered.

My friend's child suffered the same thing and the hospital bill came out to be myr10k..

The question is; will anything happen to Aelfred if he isn't admitted? MAYBE, but there's a risk of a sudden heart attack if he reaches teenage. Now I know why some people who might appear healthy can have sudden heart attacks when playing sports. So, if you treat them early, they can recover better ok.

Leaving the land of Terengganu, the city by the sea, with tons of memories. Went to Terengganu, single cheesy burger but now I am happily married to my best friend! I am always amazed how Nic doesn't require me to repeat myself when I speak to him when everyone else always can't seem to understand what I am saying.

Settling down at JB now, here's a pic of me at the new workplace and the shortest hair length for the first time in forever~

My baby is on top of a pile of clean-dried laundry

Oh August is Aelfred's birthday month!
Here's a budget birthday celebration.
Nic and I hope to give the best of what we have (in an unspoiled manner)
.
There's nothing more than wanting Aelfred to grow up happy, healthy,, and wise. Most importantly raising him honest, humble and kind.

We are not perfect parents, nor would I say that we are exceptional parents. But we will do our best, in our capacity and responsibility to raise Aelfred up as a good man with values  & integrity.

May you never forget your roots, your values and stay firm on the right path.

Alright Alright, I need to pause talking about my son. TEEHEE
Well, my walk with God is much questionable. Nic even questioned me if I still pray on my own time
 :(
RIGHT. The distance from home to the workplace is 7.7km but the traffic haiya, I can breakfast-wear socks and pump milk as I drive. SO MANY CAR MOU \m/
So, forget about morning prayer...

Nic share with me this interesting fact;
Do you know that sins can be forgiven but there's a consequence for sinning?

At first, I quote
Hebrews 8:12, God will be merciful toward their iniquities. and I will remember their sins no more.
Micah 7:19, God will again have compassion on us; He will vanquish our iniquities and cast out all our sins into the depths of sea.

SEA IS VELI DEEP OK

Then Nic say,
Based on the story of Solomon.
God told Solomon that he could ask for anything from Him and Solomon asked for Wisdom mah.
But being the wisest king on earth and solved so many problems, he married 700 wives.
which then built many temples and allowed idolatry.
Yes God forgave his sins, but the consequence of the sin was a divided kingdom.
(1 Kings 11:9, God promises that He would "tear the kingdom away" and give it to one of Solomon's servants.)

Based on the story of David.
After David became King, one day he peeked at this girl bathing and lusted for her who is someone's wife.
The girl named Bathsheba, she was bathing in the privacy of her courtyard. Moved by lust at the sight of her, David called for Bathsheba to be brought to him and slept with her, impregnating her.
Then later, plans to murder Bathsheba's husband by sending him to the front line of the war.
David clearly had a problem with lust, and the more he gave way to it, the more it controlled him.
David is sorry and repented.
God forgave David's sin by sparing David's life and allowing him to remain as King.
But the consequence of David's sin is that Prophet Nathan's prophecy was fulfilled when he said the sword would never depart from David's house because of his sin.
David also nonstop expressed his mental torment in the book of psalm.

Nic then continues to say how men always 'fall' because of women. lol

But I wonder what if Solomon ask for "longevity"
Then he will be still alive today 2023 wow!

so conclusion, YES God forgives sin but there's always a consequence to your sin.

Alright end this story with this;
Roman 6:23 For the wages of sin is death..
but the free gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.

Here's a picture of Aelfred raising his hand high up during church service <3

opps it's my little one NYeh

My new workplace is fine, I thought maybe a new place, a new me. I will be a strict permanent officer and at least act like a leader but the assistant here always kacau me. I guess there will always be eyes watching everyone.
My nurse told me she noticed that I only have black and blue outfits.
Colleagues are fine here. At least no drama/politics/toxic.

More food choices here too, so more outings with Nic.

Nic says he is ready for a second baby. Ok

I went to vote during the election! For the first time. It was a quick 5 minute job. And it's true, you will bump into your childhood classmate during voting.

UH, I need to start studying!

kbye

ALL TOO WELL
